Who are you going to vote for this year?

This is the truth from snopes regarding taxes:

McCain: the average taxpayer in every income group would see a lower tax bill, but high income taxpayers would benefit more than everyone else.

Obama: High income taxpayers would pay more in taxes, while everyone else's tax bill would be reduced. Those who benefit the most - in terms of reducing their taxes as a percentage of after-tax income - are in the lowest income groups.
even at our current salaries we are far from qualifying for the "high" income group.

If you're going to raise the abortion issue with me, don't. I don't believe in abortion as a birth control method. However, we had how many years of Republican lead Senate and Congress along with a "pro-life" Republican president yet Roe v. Wade was never touched. Using abortion as a litmus test for who to vote for is focusing too narrowly on ONE issue. Yes, abortion is horrible...but so is killing innocent Iraqi children and women and terming it "necessary collateral."
